St. Vincent dePaul Society (SVP) at St. Joseph's, Port Moody is led by Mrs. Margaret Rowe and carry out many good works in the community. Knights of Columbus help out, especially during Christmas and Easter with a cash award to assist these good works being carried out.

The SVP chapter at St Jospeh's are involved in supporting needy families and the local food bank.
